EUPHORIANET SAS, as a responsible and committed entity in the fight against fraud, corruption and bribery, develops the Anti-Corruption Policy in order to provide general parameters of action to minimize the materialization of situations associated with fraud, corruption, money laundering (LA), the financing of terrorism (FT) and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (FPADM).
EUPHORIANET SAS, has implemented this Anti-Corruption Policy with the aim of expressing its intolerance and rejection of practices that the applicable regulations consider as constituting corruption, based on the constitutional and legal principles and those established herein, assuming that in all its dealings with its employees, suppliers, customers, and other third parties with whom it has any contractual relationship, is governed by ethical and upright behaviour.
